Tertiary wind speed:
Single boat, double boat, four boat, professional technology for the primary need to wear life-saving equipment for water sports.
Single boat, double boat, four boat, professional technology for intermediate above not wearing the life-saving equipment for water sports.
The four-person boat is not equipped for the water sports.
The eight-person boat is specialized in the technical primary, must wear the life-saving equipment, carries on the water sports.
Eight people craft technical intermediate above, do not wear life-saving equipment to carry on water sports.
Cet-4 wind speed:
1. Single boat, double boat, four boat, professional technology for primary stop water sports.
2. Single boat, double boat, four-person boat, professional technology for intermediate and above must wear life-saving equipment for water sports.
3. Double boat, four-person boat professional technical advanced not wear life-saving equipment for water sports.
